Project Experience:

Economic and Demographic Analysis

Economic analysis is a cornerstone of much of our work and is an important component within many of our services. Understanding economic and demographic historic trends, current conditions, and future projections provides an important framework through which informed decisions can be made. For example, we help clients understand how expected employment or residential growth will impact the need for additional office space or housing development; how household trends will impact future city budgets or programming; or how demographic shifts are impacting access to affordable housing.
